Oddy, Goss & Hunter can provide a range of Architectural Services directly to Clients, but we can also provide technical support for lead consultants.

Our fees can be based on a percentage of contract sum, or based on the actual work done (hourly charging). For smaller projects, fixed fee arrangement from estimating the number of hours required to complete the work can be agreed. Our fees are highly competitive as we operate a low overhead policy – we do not have expensive city offices, employ secretaries, marketing consultants or IT specialists, and we do not spend money on advertising. Our fees are typically between 25% and 60% lower than most traditional providers.

We can also provide Specialised Services: Reports, 3D Visualisations, Individual CAD Training, advice on litigation and troubleshooting live projects - Carl has a 100% track record in respect of delivering projects to meet time, quality and costs requirements, so can provide constructive advice to aid and remedy failing projects. 

Although each project is unique, by applying our competitive hourly rates and utilising our experience and a number of specialist production techniques, our average charge per drawing for detailed design packages on major projects is extremely low and usually affords a lead consultant/practice a considerable margin over and above the internal and management costs of outsourcing. Naturally, Clients that hire us directly can realise significant fee savings to the benefit of the project in hand.
