our Architectural Services. For Project Management Services, our key Clients are medium to large commercial companies
who value project success and the dependable and project tailored PM services that we provide.
Principals:
Carl Patrick James Goss: With 23 years experience in
architectural design, detailing, specification and project management. Carl benefits from a BSc Honours degree in Architecture
(Hud.) and a MSc in Project Management (Ed.) where his specialist areas were contract law, Value and Risk Management. He
is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), a Chartered member of the CIOB and he is also an experienced project manager
(MAPM). Carl's areas of particular expertise include consultant project management, design team co-ordination, contract administration,
project planning, architectural detailing and contract law.
Calum
Hunter: with 33 years of professional architectural design, detailing and specification
experience. Calum is a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with a first class BA honours degree in Architecture
(Leeds). During the study of his degree, He was selected to represent the university for a RIBA Presidents medal. Calum
has also achieved a number of formal awards including 'Alan Duddleston Prize for Services', 'Ibstock Brick Prize
for Performance', and the 'Allinson Memorial for Construction'. Calum's areas of particular expertise include Planning,
material science, construction detailing, Law, and sustainability.
